    Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 12-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or our tracking portal.

    International Shipping

    • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees.

    • Snaplic is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

     Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at snapliccameras@gmail.com.

    • For lost shipments, we will work with the courier to locate the item. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

     Incorrect Addresses
